Order and Shipping

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Do you sign the merch?

All prints and CDs will be hand-signed. If you prefer no signature or a personal dedication, please let us know during checkout.

What are the delivery options?

We only offer standard delivery on products via Hermes or DHL. If you order on demand items, we offer standard shipping plus a production time of 1-5 days.

How long does shipping take?

  • CDs, Caps and Prints:
  • Germany: 2-4 working days
  • Europe: 2-8 working days
  • Worldwide: Up to 21 working days

  • On-Demand Items (T-shirts, Hoodies, Cups, Bottle):
  • Allow an additional 1-5 working days for production.

Delivery may be delayed if a personal signature is required while I’m touring.

How much is shipping?

  • CDs, Caps and Prints:
  • Germany: €4.99
  • Europe: €6.49 - €27.30 (depending on weight)
  • International: €35.99

  • T-shirts, Hoodies, Mugs, Bottles:
  • Germany: €5.95
  • Europe: €6.50 - €25.50 (depending on value)

Do you ship to me?

We ship worldwide, but T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and bottles are excluded from international shipping.

Why do you ship separately ?

CDs and prints are shipped from Hamburg, while other merchandise is produced on demand to reduce waste. Items made specifically for you will have a delivery time that includes 1-5 days for production and will be shipped separately.

Return and more

Can I return?

You can return items within 14 days without a reason. However, personalized items, digital downloads and sale items are non-returnable. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and refunds for shipping fees are not available.

Where do you produce?

Nearly all products are produced or printed in Germany. While we have CDs and prints in stock, other items are made on demand in order to help reduce overproduction and waste.
