If the customer wishes for the goods to be shipped, they are responsible
for the delivery and shipping costs, unless the item is marked as
having free shipping in the product description or the conditions for free shipping are met. These costs are charged as a flat-rate shipping fee, which includes the statutory VAT of currently 19%.
When goods are shipped abroad, additional taxes and costs, particularly customs duties, may apply and are to be borne by the customer.
We send all prints and CDs via DHL or Hermes within Germany.
T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, bottles, and bags will be produced on demand and shipped directly from Germany by our fulfillment partner.
The choice of shipping company will be determined by the partner.
Tumblers and caps are categorized as separate shipping items and will be shipped directly by our fulfillment partner as well. These items will be shipped either from Latvia or the USA.
