Shipping policy
If the customer wishes for the goods to be shipped, they are responsible
for the delivery and shipping costs, unless the item is marked as
having free shipping in the product description or the conditions for free shipping are met. These costs are charged as a flat-rate shipping fee, which includes the statutory VAT of currently 19%.
When goods are shipped abroad, additional taxes and costs, particularly customs duties, may apply and are to be borne by the customer.
We send all prints and CDs via DHL or Hermes within Germany.
T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, bottles, and bags will be produced on demand and shipped directly from Germany by our fulfillment partner.
The choice of shipping company will be determined by the partner.

For individual circumstances there may be delays in shipping.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. The return shipping will be payed by the customer. We do not refund personalised items, sale items and digital downloads as well as gift cards. Please refer to our refund policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible.
